#14: How to Have Energy in The Morning Without Coffee
Energy Up. Energy Down. Stressed Out. Stress-Free. Adrenaline Increase. Adrenaline Decrease. To Have Coffee or Not to Have Coffee? That’s a Question.
This is probably the hardest question you will find yourself asking. If you are a devoted drinker, firstly, you will be asking yourself why even consider quitting coffee.

The main reason why we drink coffee is to wake us up and stay alert. It is to increase our sharpness and stay awake. For many, it is also food, culture, friendship, pleasure, and everything else in between.
​
Giving all this up would be insane. I understand.
​
But if you are stressed out, rely on a cup of coffee (or two or three) to keep you going, or skip breakfast in favour of grabbing a mug of your favourite bean, you are not doing yourself any favours.
​
In this podcast episode, I share my journey of quitting coffee, why I did it, and how, as a result, I have more energy in the morning than ever before.
