Choose the right tool and technique to relieve daily stress. Relax, calm down and learn how to boost your immune system, make healthier decisions, and regulate your nervous system.  

Do you feel like stress never ends? And like it doesn’t matter what you do you still feel stressed, tired, and overwhelmed? Well, I hate to break the bubble, but relaxing for two hours on a Sunday afternoon or going on holiday once every six months won’t remove the stress accumulated in your body and mind over a long time.

I want you to feel stress-free (or almost stress-free) every single day.

 

In today’s episode, I show you how choosing the most appropriate tool or technique to manage stress will actually help you to, well… manage stress! Part of managing stress is addressing the type of stress you experience, but also regulating your nervous system and boosting your immune system.

 

Why is it important? Because of your decisions, and the choices you make when you act out from the stress response fight or flight. But don’t worry! There are easy ways to stop the stress response and act from a point of your calmer self.
